The following third country establishments need not appear on lists drawn up and updated in accordance with Article 12(4): establishments handling products of animal origin for which Annex III to Regulation (EC) No ... /2004 Note for Official Journal: Insert No of Regulation laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (see recital 1, 2nd Regulation). does not lay down requirements; establishments carrying out only primary production; establishments carrying out only transport operations; establishments carrying out only the storage of products of animal origin not requiring temperature-controlled storage conditions.
