Article 16

Within 3 years from the start of its activities, the Agency shall develop a European system for certification of maintenance workshops for rolling stock and shall make recommendations with a view to the implementation of the system. These recommendations shall address in particular the following items: structured management system, staff with the necessary competences, facilities and tools, technical documentation and maintenance prescriptions.
