In so far as the invalidity recognised by the Belgian institutions is general invalidity. Only if the Belgian institution has recognised that the worker is unfit for work underground or at ground level. Entries concerning concordance between Luxembourg and France or Belgium will be the subject of technical re-examination taking account of the changes which have been made to national legislation in Luxembourg.
