Council Decision 1999/382/EC of 26 April 1999 establishing the second phase of the Community vocational training action programme ‘Leonardo da Vinci’. The title to Article 10 is replaced by the following: ‘Participation of the EFTA/EEA countries, the associated central and eastern European countries (CEEC) and Turkey’; the third indent to Article 10 is deleted; the last indent to Article 10 is replaced by the following: ‘Turkey, funded by additional appropriations, in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty’.
