Decision No 291/2003/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 February 2003 establishing the European Year of Education through Sport 2004. in Article 9, point (c) is deleted; Article 9(d) is replaced by the following: ‘(c) Turkey, whose participation shall be funded by additional appropriations in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty’.
