Commission Regulation (EC) No 1874/2004 of 28 October 2004 amending Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of their application thresholds for the procedures for the award of contractsText with EEA relevance · European Union

Article 16 is amended as follows: in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 499000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 473000’, in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 6242000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5923000’.
