Article 10

Directive 2005/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2005 on enhancing port security (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that port security assessments and port security plans are reviewed as appropriate. They shall be reviewed at least once every five years. The scope of the review shall be that of Articles 6 or 7, as appropriate.
