Directive 2005/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2005 on enhancing port security (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union
The measures referred to in paragraph 1 shall consist of: common basic rules on port security measures; an implementation mechanism for these rules; appropriate compliance monitoring mechanisms.
