Council Directive 2005/94/EC of 20 December 2005 on Community measures for the control of avian influenza and repealing Directive 92/40/EEC · European Union
Member States shall ensure that the national reference laboratories: carry out the functions and duties set out in Annex VIII; are responsible for co-ordinating standards and methods of diagnosis in each Member State in accordance with Annex VIII and liasing with the Community reference laboratory.
