Commission Regulation (EC) No 1378/2005 of 22 August 2005 amending for the 52nd time Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban, and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 467/2001 · European Union

Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 is amended as follows: The following entry shall be added under the heading ‘Legal persons, groups and entities’: ‘Al-Akhtar Trust International (alias (a) Al Akhtar Trust, (b) Al-Akhtar Medical Centre, (c) Akhtarabad Medical Camp). Address: (a) ST-1/A, Gulsahn-e-Iqbal, Block 2, Karachi, 25300, Pakistan, (b) Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 12, Karachi, Pakistan. Other information: Regional offices in Pakistan: Bahawalpur, Bawalnagar, Gilgit, Islamabad, Mirpur Khas, Tando-Jan-Muhammad. Akhtarabad Medical Camp is in Spin Boldak, Afghanistan.’
