Commission Regulation (EC) No 2083/2005 of 19 December 2005 amending Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of their application thresholds for the procedures for the award of contracts (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Article 61 is amended as follows: in paragraph 1, the amount ‘EUR 473000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 422000’; in paragraph 2, the amount ‘EUR 473000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 422000’.
