Commission Regulation (EC) No 2083/2005 of 19 December 2005 amending Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of their application thresholds for the procedures for the award of contracts (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Article 7 is amended as follows: in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 154000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 137000’; in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 236000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 211000’; in point (c), the amount ‘EUR 5923000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5278000’.
