2006/512/EC: Council Decision of 17 July 2006 amending Decision 1999/468/EC laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission · European Union

In Article 7(3) at the end of the first sentence, the following shall be added: ‘following arrangements which ensure that the transmission system is transparent and that the information forwarded and the various stages of the procedure are identified.’.
