Decision No 1673/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 2006 on the financing of European standardisation · European Union
The activities referred to in paragraph (1)(a) shall be eligible for Community financing only if the committee set up by Article 5 of Directive 98/34/EC has been consulted on the requests to be submitted to the European standardisation bodies.
