Directive 2006/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2006 on waste (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Directive 75/442/EEC is hereby repealed, without prejudice to Member States' obligations relating to the time‐limits for transposition into national law set out in Annex III, Part B. References made to the repealed Directive shall be construed as being made to this Directive and should be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex IV.
