Directive 2006/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2006 on the management of waste from extractive industries and amending Directive 2004/35/EC - Statement by the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission · European Union

The application for a permit shall contain at least the following details: the identity of the operator; the proposed location of the waste facility, including any possible alternative locations; the waste management plan pursuant to Article 5; adequate arrangements by way of a financial guarantee or equivalent, as required under Article 14; the information provided by the operator in accordance with Article 5 of Directive 85/337/EEC Council Directive 85/337/EEC of 27 June 1985 on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment (OJ L 175, 5.7.1985, p. 40). Directive as last amended by Directive 2003/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 156, 25.6.2003, p. 17). if an environmental impact assessment is required under that Directive.
