Wrong‐Way Risk
Credit institutions shall give due consideration to exposures that give rise to a significant degree of General Wrong‐Way Risk. Credit institutions shall have procedures in place to identify, monitor and control cases of Specific Wrong‐Way Risk, beginning at the inception of a transaction and continuing through the life of the transaction.
