Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

If a credit institution uses data that is pooled across credit institutions it shall demonstrate that: the rating systems and criteria of other credit institutions in the pool are similar with its own; the pool is representative of the portfolio for which the pooled data is used; and the pooled data is used consistently over time by the credit institution for its estimates.
