Article 151

Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall be assisted by the European Banking Committee established by Commission Decision 2004/10/EC OJ L 3, 7.1.2004, p. 36. . Where reference is made to this paragraph, the procedure laid down in Article 5 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 7(3) and Article 8 thereof. The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be three months. The Committee shall adopt its Rules of Procedure.
