in the discharge of their supervisory functions. Articles 44(1) and 45 shall not preclude the disclosure to bodies which administer deposit-guarantee schemes of information necessary to the exercise of their functions. In both cases, the information received shall be subject to the conditions of professional secrecy specified in Article 44(1).
