Council Directive 2006/88/EC of 24 October 2006 on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals · European Union

In the case of an emerging disease situation, the Member State concerned shall inform the Member States, the Commission and EFTA Member States without delay thereof, where the findings are of epidemiological significance to another Member State.
