Council Directive 2006/88/EC of 24 October 2006 on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals · European Union

Member States shall ensure that each processing establishment slaughtering aquaculture animals for disease control purposes in accordance with Article 33 of Chapter V is duly authorised by the competent authority in accordance with Article 5.
