Council Directive 2006/88/EC of 24 October 2006 on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals · European Union

Member States shall, by 1 August 2008 at the latest, ensure that all procedures and formalities relating to making the information provided for in Article 6, Article 50(2) Article 51(1) and Article 56(2) available by electronic means are in place.
