The following is inserted in Annex IX C ‘PUBLIC SERVICE CONTRACTS’ after the entry for Belgium: ‘— in Bulgaria, “Търговски регистър”’, and, after the entry for Portugal: ‘— in Romania, “Registrul Comerţului”’.
