Council Directive 2006/99/EC of 20 November 2006 adapting certain Directives in the field of company law, by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania · European Union

The following is added to Article 1(1), first subparagraph: ‘— in Bulgaria: акционерно дружество, дружество с ограничена отговорност, командитно дружество с акции; — in Romania: societate pe acţiuni, societate cu răspundere limitată, societate în comandită pe acţiuni’.
