Council Directive 2006/99/EC of 20 November 2006 adapting certain Directives in the field of company law, by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania · European Union

The following is added to Article 1(1), second subparagraph: ‘— (z) in Bulgaria: събирателно дружество, командитно дружество; — (aa) in Romania: asocietate în nume colectiv, societate în comandită simplă’.
