COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax · European Union
Within three months of giving the notification referred to in the second subparagraph of paragraph 2, the Commission shall present to the Council either an appropriate proposal or, should it object to the derogation requested, a communication setting out its objections.
