Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market · European Union
Member States may confer responsibility for the task referred to in paragraph 1 on points of single contact or on any other body, such as the centres of the European Consumer Centres Network, consumer associations or Euro Info Centres. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the names and contact details of the designated bodies. The Commission shall transmit them to all Member States.
