Article 38

Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market · European Union

The Commission shall assess, by 28 December 2010 the possibility of presenting proposals for harmonisation instruments on the following subjects: access to the activity of judicial recovery of debts; private security services and transport of cash and valuables.
