Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market · European Union
By 28 December 2009 at the latest, Member States shall present a report to the Commission, containing the information specified in the following provisions: Article 9(2), on authorisation schemes; Article 15(5), on requirements to be evaluated; Article 25(3), on multidisciplinary activities.
