Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market · European Union

The Commission shall forward the reports provided for in paragraph 1 to the Member States, which shall submit their observations on each of the reports within six months of receipt. Within the same period, the Commission shall consult interested parties on those reports.
