Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market · European Union

In the light of the observations provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3, the Commission shall, by 28 December 2010 at the latest, present a summary report to the European Parliament and to the Council, accompanied where appropriate by proposals for additional initiatives.
