In respect of pending applications, statements and requests received by the Commission before the date of entry into force of this Regulation: the procedures in Article 5 shall not apply, without prejudice to Article 13(3); and the summary of the specification drawn up in conformity with Commission Regulation (EC) No 383/2004 Commission Regulation (EC) No 383/2004 of 1 March 2004 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation (EEC) No 2081/92 as regards the summary of the main points of the product specifications (OJ L 64, 2.3.2004, p. 16). shall replace the single document referred to in Article 5(3)(c).
