Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 of 20 March 2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs · European Union

In the case of the agricultural products and foodstuffs originating in the Community marketed under a name registered in accordance with this Regulation, the indications ‘protected designation of origin’ and ‘protected geographical indication’ or the Community symbols associated with them shall appear on the labelling.
