Regulation (EC) No 842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall notify the rules on penalties to the Commission by 4 July 2008 and shall also notify it without delay of any subsequent amendment affecting those rules.
