Regulation (EC) No 842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

By 4 July 2007, the Commission shall establish, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 12(2), the standard leakage checking requirements for each of the applications referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
