Regulation (EC) No 1082/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006 on a European grouping of territorial cooperation (EGTC) · European Union
Each prospective member shall: notify the Member State under whose law it has been formed of its intention to participate in an EGTC; and send that Member State a copy of the proposed convention and statutes referred to in Articles 8 and 9.
