Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 of 11 July 2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 · European Union

The Cohesion Fund shall also intervene in those regions not eligible for support from the Convergence objective under the criteria set out in Article 5(1) which belong to: a Member State eligible for support from the Cohesion Fund under the criteria set out in Article 5(2); and a Member State eligible for support from the Cohesion Fund under the criteria set out in Article 8(3).
