The breadth of information transmitted to the Commission shall be proportional to the total amount of expenditure of the operational programme concerned. Where appropriate, such information may be provided in summary form. Information referred to in points (d), (g), (h) and (i) shall not be included if there has been no significant modification since the previous report.
