Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 of 11 July 2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 · European Union

Partial closure shall be made on the condition that the Member State sends the following to the Commission by 31 December of a given year: a statement of expenditure relating to the operations referred to in paragraph 1; a declaration for partial closure in accordance with Article 62(1)(d)(iii).
