Function: Deputy Minister of Frontier Affairs. Date of birth: Between 1973 and 1976. Place of birth: Zurmat district, Paktia province, Afghanistan. Nationality: Afghan. Other information: Renounced the Taliban and joined the government representing the Zurmat district in the Loya Jirga.’
