This Regulation lays down the detailed rules for the implementation of Articles 4(1)(2), 4(1)(7), 13(6), 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 40, 44, 45, 56 and 58 of Directive 2004/39/EC. Articles 7 and 8 shall apply to management companies in accordance with Article 5(4) of Directive 85/611/EEC.
