(12) Against the background of Regulation (EC) No 2560/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation as corrected by OJ L 344, 28.12.2001, p. 13. and the Commission Communication ‘A New Legal Framework for Payments in the Internal Market’, it is sufficient to provide for simplified information on the payer to accompany transfers of funds within the Community.
