In Annex A, point (a) (‘Scope’) shall be replaced by the following: ‘(a) Scope This Annex applies to all activities listed in Sections B to E of NACE Rev. 2, or as the case may be, to all products listed in Sections B to E of the CPA. The information is not required for 37, 38.1, 38.2 and 39 of NACE Rev. 2. The list of activities may be revised in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 18.’.
