4. The general conditions which virtual testing methods must fulfil are set out in Appendix 1 to Annex XVI. For each of the regulatory acts listed in Annex XVI, the specific testing conditions and the administrative provisions related thereto shall be laid down in Appendix 2 to that Annex.
