Directive 2007/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the certification of train drivers operating locomotives and trains on the railway system in the Community · European Union

The codes shall be decided by the Commission, in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 32(2) and on the basis of a recommendation from the Agency.
