5. DRIVING THE TRAIN IN A WAY WHICH DOES NOT DAMAGE INSTALLATIONS OR VEHICLES

Directive 2007/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the certification of train drivers operating locomotives and trains on the railway system in the Community · European Union

Drivers must be able to: use all available control systems in accordance with the applicable rules, start the train taking account of adhesion and power constraints, apply the brakes for decelerations and stops, taking account of the rolling stock and installations.
