Directive 2007/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the certification of train drivers operating locomotives and trains on the railway system in the Community · European Union

On the basis of this report the Commission shall, by 4 June 2010, present a report and, if appropriate, bring forward a legislative proposal on a certification system for the other crew members referred to in paragraph 1.
