Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market amending Directives 97/7/EC, 2002/65/EC, 2005/60/EC and 2006/48/EC and repealing Directive 97/5/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The scaling factor k to be used in Methods B and C shall be: 0,5 where the payment institution provides only the payment service listed in point 6 of the Annex; 0,8 where the payment institution provides the payment service listed in point 7 of the Annex; 1 where the payment institution provides any of the payment services listed in points 1 to 5 of the Annex.
