‘Article 4 Implementation 1. The Commission may request the Member States, in consultation with the Committee, to provide it with information on the operation of national review procedures. 2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission on an annual basis the text of all decisions, together with the reasons therefor, taken by their review bodies in accordance with Article 2d(3).’;
